How Can severe Dizziness And Lightheadedness Be Treated?

I have been experiencing dizziness spells since my last donation of plasma on April 7th. While at this donation appointment I got light headed and felt as if I was gonna pass out and got sick. Should I be concerned about the signs I am having since this donation?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The lightheadedness can be related to a drop in blood pressure after the donation. I think you should not be worried. I suggest you drink a lot of liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
